Share, Develop, GO! European Solidarity Corps | Team Volunteering

“Share, Develop, GO!” is a European Solidarity Corps Team Volunteering project by KINITRO that brings together young people from different countries to learn, collaborate, and create positive change.
Through non-formal education, workshops, community actions, environmental activities, and intercultural exchange, volunteers explore topics connected to the 17 Sustainable Development Goals, including sustainability, social inclusion, human rights, climate action, and active citizenship.
Share. Develop. GO!
The project is built around three simple ideas:
SHARE your culture, experiences, knowledge, and ideas.
DEVELOP new skills, perspectives, solutions, and connections.
GO back to your community ready to take action.
During the project, volunteers develop skills such as teamwork, communication, leadership, creativity, problem-solving, and intercultural cooperation while contributing to activities with the local community.
Solidarity in Action
Each edition encourages participants to turn global challenges into local action. Through volunteering and community engagement, young people experience solidarity in practice and discover how small actions can contribute to more inclusive, sustainable, and connected communities.
Our First Edition
The first edition of “Share, Develop, GO!” took place in Athens from 22 April to 8 May 2026, bringing together volunteers for an experience of learning, community action, and intercultural exchange.
The project is co-financed by the European Solidarity Corps Greece of the European Commission and supported by Erasmus+ Youth Greece.
